- Minimum 5-7 years experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Master Data Governance, Management Consulting or general business
- University degree in Business/ Commerce, Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields
- Candidates without aforementioned degrees, but with a degree in any other discipline combined with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply
- At least one full SAP ECC upgrade to SAP S4
- Experience developing a Master Data Governance function ideally focused on Material, Vendor and Customer master data
- Strong and structured verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to identify and articulate problems, analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into executive-level presentations and recommendations
- Experience implementing Master Data Management tooling
- Superior relationship and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to quickly establish rapport with senior leaders, peers, and working teams
- Advanced projects management skills and demonstrated experience managing multiple complex, technical, and supply chain programs with a broad stakeholder base
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops, large working groups, and create a common vision for cross-functional teams
- Proven experience building and managing business cases as well as requirements gathering
- Supply Chain Management Consulting Experience

The TELUS Supply Operations, Products and Analytics team is responsible for a number of functions including product development, project execution, master data governance and analytics, with a mandate of delivering common processes and technology across the SCM space.
We are looking for a seasoned leader with significant Master Data Governance. This individual will need to help continually develop this strong and motivated team to build a culture of data stewardship, while building and fostering strong relationships across the business. This individual will ultimately be responsible for intake, creation and maintenance of all Supply Chain related master data elements. They will also be a leading driver in our migration to SAP S4.
