We are currently looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our innovative, growing company.

The Payroll Analyst's primary responsibility is to carry out all payroll functions as well as work closely with HR, Finance and Tax in all aspects of payroll.

Responsibilities:

Process a high volume biweekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees accurately and in a timely manner
Respond to all internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
Act as back up for other team members as required
Assist with payroll implementation
Other duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

35 years of payroll experience
Payroll or Accounting College Diploma/University Degree
Payroll Certified Practitioner (PCP) is considered an asset
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy is required
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
Display sensitivity and high degree of confidentiality in areas of employee relations
Intermediate Excel is an asset
Previous experience with Oracle or ADP is an asset
