Then ActionLink needs you on our Home Electronics Brand Advocacy Team


ActionLink is seeking a driven, sales-focused Full Time Brand Ambassador to build and sustain engaging connections inside local big-box retail establishments.

This dedicated advocate will represent the latest innovations in home theater entertainment by representing our client, TCL, and their line of Smart TVs and Sound Bars.


Our Brand Ambassador is responsible for growing the TCL brand and driving sales by training retail store personnel, promoting advocacy towards the products, and maintaining both functional and visual merchandising standards.

The Brand Advocate will effectively create a high-quality service environment within assigned metro area Best Buy and WalMart stores that will lead to providing a differentiating experience for customers.


The ideal individual is well-versed in consumer technology, skilled at presentation, and has a strong entrepreneurial drive towards achieving sales goals.

The brand advocate serves as the chief expert for the brand, continually identifying and acting on opportunities to build the brand within their assigned storefronts.


SCHEDULING & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:


  • 40 hours per week, Thursdays Mondays (Tuesdays/Wednesdays off)
  • Thursdays, Fridays, Mondays: 10am 7pm; Saturdays & Sundays: 11am 8pm
  • 1 hour unpaid lunch break each day
  • Travel to designated stores throughout assigned Toronto territory
  • Tentative start date is week of April 10th to begin training

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Travel daily to visit assigned Best Buy and Walmart Supercenter stores within market territory
  • Execute dedicated sales strategies and closing techniques during weekend visits to engage customers and increase product sales
  • Promote the TCL brand in assigned storefronts to build customer awareness and brand advocacy
  • Provide exciting customer interactions through effective product demos and expert recommendations on home theater products that fit customers' unique needs
  • Deliver energizing and informative training sessions for all retail associates to help further drive product knowledge and sales
  • Ensure that merchandising and functionality of products and displays within the store meets client standards
  • Downstock products, build bulk stacks, and maintain pricing and promotional signage
  • Document and communicate feedback regarding merchandising support needs and potential areas for improvement
  • Actively participate in team and clientheld meetings/conference calls as requested by program management
  • Complete daily required data reporting

ARE YOU A MATCH?

  • Minimum 23 years of work experience in sales, retail, and/or training
  • Strong knowledge in consumer electronics and sales strategies
  • Proven ability to present training materials and product information to individuals and groups
  • Superior interpersonal and written communication skills with ability to influence and motivate others
  • Ability to troubleshoot functional displays and identify solutions
  • Ability to travel to different locations (locally by vehicle and nationally by plane as requested)
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs without assistance
  • Access to smartphone and highspeed internet
  • Valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation
  • Available to work Thursdays through Mondays

$25.00-$27.50 per hour
