About this role
This is a senior animation leadership position, requiring significant experience and expertise in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage task lists to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work product;
- Liaise with team members to provide coaching and guidance on technical/artistic aspects;
- Draft regular reports for stakeholders on team progress;
- Identify potential conflicts and recommend solutions;
Requirements
- The opportunity to create original content that inspires players worldwide;
A. Experience:
• 7+ years game animation industry
• 5+ years as lead/manager level
B. Skills:
• Strong understanding of animation principles, game engines, production pipelines,
C. Tools:
