Position Overview:

We are excited to add a Treatment Coordinator to our STO Orthodontists team in Scarborough, Ontario.

This position is an extended representation of our doctors and practice. The primary responsibility of this individual is caring for first-time visitors to our office and the conversion of leads.

STO Orthodontists is part of the Corus Orthodontists family. Our goals include providing exceptional patient care, fostering an inclusive culture, and fully supporting our team members.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Guiding visitors through their initial appointment as a new patient
Facilitating consultations, discussing their dental concerns and relaying them to the doctors
Reviewing treatment options recommended by our doctors
Presenting treatment fees and payment options
Guiding our visitors through all the steps to becoming an active patient

About you:

Pleasant, professional and courteous personality with a passion for exceptional customer service
Ability to work cohesively with team members
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment

Qualifications:

1+ years of Dental or Ortho office experience considered an asset.
Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
Knowledge and experience with dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred.
Certified Dental Assistant an asset.
Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients.

Where you will be working/other important information:

You will be working at both of our locations:

West Hill: Mondays (1-2 per month) and Thursdays 8am-4:30pm
Scarborough Town Centre: Monday 10am3pm, Tuesdays-Thursdays 10am6:10pm, Fridays 9:30am2:30pm + Saturdays 9am2pm (one per month from September-June only),
