Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes for our customers.
Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our bakery.
Duties:
- Prepare and bake cakes according to established recipes and guidelines
- Decorate cakes using various techniques, such as piping, fondant, and icing
- Create custom designs based on customer requests and preferences
- Ensure that all cakes are properly packaged and presented for display or delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure efficient production and timely completion of orders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Cake Decorator or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Strong creativity and artistic skills with the ability to create visually appealing cake designs
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in cake decorating
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously
Job Types:

$17.50 per hour
