Description

Langley based company requires a Site-Supervisor for apartment/ townhome developments in West Kelowna and Langley.

Duties will include:

Co-ordination of all trades

Quality control

Develop and maintain detailed scheduling

Daily reports of all activities on site

Arrange and communicate with city building inspectors and engineers

Ensure all workforces comply with work safe BC standards

Report to and inform Project manager of progress, unanticipated problems and solutions

Requirements and Experience:

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in concrete and wood frame construction supervision

Extensive knowledge in building envelope

Excavation layout and supervision experience

Knowledge of MS Projects and Excel

Strong planning and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of construction critical path and timeline

Compensation will be based on knowledge and experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
