Responsibilities:

Preparation: Assist with the preparation of work sites, including grading, excavation, and installation of hardscaping materials such as pavers, retaining walls, and other features.
Planting: Assist with the installation of plants, shrubs, and trees, including soil preparation, digging, and planting.
Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and watering to ensure that landscapes remain healthy and attractive.
Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other power tools. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure that it remains in good working order.
Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of equipment and materials.
Communication: Communicate regularly with team members to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in landscape construction or related field
Knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials, including hardscaping, grading, irrigation, and planting
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional certification or license in landscape construction or related field preferred

Job Types:

Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour ($32,500-$43,200) Wage is based solely on experience, and performance.
