Our Guest Services team works to provide a positive guest experience from reservation to check-out. As a Guest Service Agent, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

What will I be doing?


As a Guest Service Agent, you would be responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Ensure a guest focused and accurate reservation, welcome, checkin and checkout process using property computer systems and following standard operating procedures.
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation, and the local area in a timely manner.
  • Verify credit cards for authorization using electronic acceptance methods. Handle cash, make change and post charges to guest rooms and house accounts using the computer.
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Handle guests concerns with tact, and seek assistance as needed.
