Kal Tire is hiring a Front Counter Service Advisor for our store located in Truro, NS

If you have prior sales experience, like working hands on and are looking for a role with management potential, you've found it.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and offer a positive first impression of the shop.
Confidently provide product information to customers in a friendly manner.
Provide pricing, recommend services and parts, prepare and present customer quotations.
Review work orders with technicians, present and discus any additional work needed with customers.
Booking and ordering parts and tires needed for appointments.

Qualifications:

Retail sales or service experience in a face paced environment.
Ability to negotiate and sell.
Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner.
Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to problem solve and multitask.
Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new programs and software.
Valid driver's license.
Strong personal commitment to health and safety.

Full Time

Friday
Within the hours of
:8:00am 5:00pm:
Overtime opportunities available
