Job Description:

This is an interview position GENERAL SUMMARY Assists in the evaluation, analysis and implementation of compensation, pension, and benefits programs.

Supports more senior levels in ensuring that the Canadian Region's total rewards programs are competitive, cost-effective and in compliance with legislative requirements, in support of our People-Service-Profit philosophy.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Economics, Finance or Business related preferred
Professional accreditation (CEBS, CBP, CHRP) preferred.
Strong analytical, mathematical and organizational skills
Database management systems experience preferred
Knowledge of compensation theory & statistical analysis
Knowledge of government benefits and pension legislation
Demonstrated standard level proficiency in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good presentation, communication (written & verbal) and human relations skills
