We are looking to add an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to add to our growing Sales Development team Our Sales Development Professionals are the face of Avidbots with our prospective customers, you will be responsible for prospecting and driving new leads in your respective territory.

This opportunity can be performed as mainly remote with occasional visits to our Headquarters in Kitchener.


How you will make a difference:
Articulate the Avidbots value proposition (to business and technical personas), to assess customer requirements and buying interest
Research target accounts, define buying personas, identify key players, and gather contact information
Conduct effective follow-up on prospect accounts
Understand and effectively communicate the Avidbots product to senior level executives
Qualify sales opportunities, and facilitate prospect introductions for our Account Executives
Manage contact data, sales campaigns, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce and other sales/marketing automation tools

This role offers a competitive Base Salary of $55k + Plus Uncapped Commission

Minimum qualifications

1+ years of professional experience working in an outbound b2b sales environment.
Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search
