Overview:

Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As a member of the

Production team, you'll ensure that our clients receive the products they order in a timely manner.

What you'll do:

Prepare, scan and quality control documents, exhibits and transcripts to ensure proper order fulfillment per client specifications
Ensure documents are professionally bound and cover sheets are prepared
Prepare shipments for pickup and ensure they are shipped out timely and accurately

Who you are:

Great attention to detail, organized and able to multitask
Customer service oriented with excellent timemanagement and troubleshooting skills
Able to work both independently and with a team
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
