As a Financial Controller reporting to the Senior Director, Finance, you will:

Assume ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and end of the month and year-end processes.
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of financial information and reports.
Develop, document, review accounting practices, controls and processes, and recommend/implement improvements.
Coordinate the tax filings and ensure compliance.
Coordinate the yearend audit and preparation of audited financial statements.
Collaborate with the Management team to develop, identify, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to the company's budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and monitor performance against the budget.
Prepare, analyse and report on monthend, quarterly and yearend variance analysis.
Assist in selecting and implementing new financial systems to allow the company to scale seamlessly.
Contribute to everything and anything to help the team shaping into a worldclass organization.
Hold a CPA designation
Have strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge under IFRS.
Have a growth and curious mindset.
Are willing to roll up your sleeves and build stuff from the ground up.
Want to challenge things and people, and be challenged.
Are able to produce accurate results within a fastpaced changing environment.
Have exceptional attention to detail.
Have organizational, prioritization and planning skills
Have great written and oral communication skills, with the ability to manage people and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional departments (internal and external).
Can quickly be proficient with cloudbased tools and softwares (GoogleSuite, ERP, CRM, Payment processing systems, etc.).
Are bilingual.
