Precise Bearing, a busy industrial parts distributor in Abbotsford, is looking for a full time person to join our team. This person would be responsible for doing the receiving, preparing orders, shipping, light warehousing responsibilities and learning inside sales.

This person will have a desk among the salespeople, and will spend their non-warehouse time with answering the phone, learning counter sales and growing into an industrial parts inside salesperson.

This job should be considered more as a
junior inside sales person with _light _warehousing responsibilities than a sterotypical warehousing job.

This is an entry level position with the hopes this person will grow with the company into a valuable member of our inside sales team.

This is a job that has career potential.
You must be comfortable with assisting customers at a parts counter numerous times a day.

This is a 6-7 person company with very low turnover of staff. All staff here are durable, responsible, have solid work ethics and show up every day ready to go. You must be willing to be this kind of an employee.

While the only official requirement is to have graduated from high school, the following attributes are helpful:

- reliable, motivated, energetic and self disciplined to a strong work ethic
- some mechanical aptitude or interest in things mechanical
- decent math skills, use of a calculator
- good phone mannerisms, communication skills and the ability to write with good English.
- comfort with using computers
- comfortable dealing with people
- high level of common sense
- good memory, organized, and able to multi task

This job would be a
salary position equivalent to around $ per hour with an annual bonus that kicks in in the second year of employment.

Two paid weeks holiday in your second year and paid as a salary employee.

If you bring experience that is helpful, or bring to the table other factors, we can look at the starting salary.

This is a full time, Monday to Friday position 8:00-4:30 pm, one hour for lunch.

, can start Monday Dec 5, but can accommadate earlier or later.
