Front End Supervisor Job Duties
A front end supervisor typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Ensuring that company standards are met regarding appearance, cleanliness, and organization of store fixtures
- Training new employees on company policies and procedures
- Communicating with other supervisors to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Setting and enforcing rules for employees, including disciplinary measures for violations
- Managing all aspects of the store's operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll management
- Maintaining inventory by ordering new products from manufacturers or wholesalers as needed
- Reviewing sales reports to determine if a particular item is selling well and if more should be ordered
- Overseeing the work of other supervisors to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience
Job Types:
