Description

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our real estate team as a Videographer and Content Creator.

As a realtor, we understand the importance of visual content in promoting properties and engaging with clients through various online platforms, such as YouTube and Instagram.

Your primary responsibility will be to film and produce high-quality videos showcasing the properties we have for sale and creating engaging content for our social media channels.


Responsibilities:


Property Video Production:
Accompany the realtor to various properties and film walkthroughs, capturing the best features and highlights of each property.
Use your creativity and expertise in videography to showcase the unique aspects of each property, emphasizing its selling points.
Ensure the videos are visually appealing, well-edited, and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with the realtor to develop video concepts that effectively market the properties to potential buyers.

Content Creation:
Create engaging and informative video content for our YouTube channel, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Generate fresh ideas for video content, such as neighborhood spotlights, market updates, client testimonials, and other real estate-related topics.
Edit and post-process videos to enhance their visual appeal and optimize them for online platforms.
Stay updated with current trends in real estate and content creation to produce compelling and relevant videos.

Equipment Management:

Ensure all provided equipment, including cameras, tripods, lighting, and audio gear, are properly handled, maintained, and returned in good condition.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment, if any, and communicate any concerns or requirements to the realtor.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the realtor to understand their vision and objectives for each video project.
Coordinate schedules, property visits, and other logĂ­stical details with the realtor and clients to ensure smooth filming processes.
Act as a creative partner, providing suggestions and insights to enhance the overall quality of videos and content.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in videography and video editing, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in operating professionalgrade cameras, tripods, lighting equipment, and audio gear.
  • Strong video editing skills using industrystandard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to capture and present properties in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents and clients.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation to travel to various property locations.
  • Selfmotivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Note:

A portfolio or samples of previous work demonstrating your videography and editing skills would be highly advantageous during the selection process.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
$19.25-$34.73 per hour
