THE ROLE
Under the direction of the Associate Director Corporate Services, they manage, interpret, synthesize materials, organize meetings, and provide briefings and advice on governance related matters to the Non Public Property Oversight and Advisory Board (NPPOAB), board level committees and sub-committees.
They manage the NPPOAB, committee and sub-committee record of decisions; monitor and conduct progress checks, execute follow up action and escalate noted issues.
They develop, prepare and distribute information such as presentations, agendas, records of decisions/minutes, related documents and other visual aids.They manage the forward planning calendar of governance committees and boards, ensuring committee members' understanding of output requirements and the alignment/synchronization of target deliverables and interpret, synthesize and develop synopsis sheets for board/committee meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences or in a related field AND several years of managerial experience in corporate administration or in a related field

OTHER INFORMATION
This position has an assigned location and may allow flexible work options such as remote or hybrid work but the employee must be able to report to the assigned work location at their own cost if required.
