About the Opportunity:


The Supply Technician will generate SAP purchase requisitions for supplies and services required by Maintenance Staff, communicate with vendors to ensure receipt of purchase orders and timely delivery of goods.

Process invoices for submittal to Accounts Payable - ensure correct cost center, cost element and pricing. Other administrative duties to support the Maintenance & Operations team as required.


About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • One year logístical program or acceptable equivalent
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Asset Management Systems (SAP or similar) for work order generation, purchase requisitioning and financial reporting
  • Experience with use of payroll programs such as Time Capture and SAP.
  • Knowledge of general procurement compliance requirements and audit protocols (e.g. SOX Compliance or similar)
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours:


  • Long assignment, fulltime position; 75 hours biweekly
  • Assignment is approximately 36 months in length

Compensation and Incentives:

$ $24.67 Hourly
