We are looking for a highly motivated
Product Owner to join our team to help us drive innovation at BrainFinance.

You will be responsible for prioritizing and helping the team understand the product requirements as a member of an Agile (Scrum) development team.


What You'll Do:


  • Acts as the main source of technical product knowledge and/or specific domain expertise.
  • Leads the process of planning a product release in collaboration with the development team and other stakeholders.
  • Ensures close collaboration with the development team.
  • Establish and maintain clear scope boundaries for the solution.
  • Works closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
  • Participate in acceptance testing and ensure relevant stakeholders do the same.
  • Participates in the construction of the product vision and roadmap which accomplishes the goal of the vision.
  • Gathers manages and prioritizes the product backlog.
  • Facilitate breaking down product requirements into work breakdown structures, sagas, epics, stories, and tasks.
  • Define customer needs and the associated features to meet those needs.
  • Ensures user stories are "ready" for development to start work.
  • Ensures each story has the correct acceptance criteria.
  • Advocates on behalf of the customer for the development team.
  • Tracks progress towards the release of a product.

What You'll Be Bringing to The Team:

  • 5 or more years of experience as a product owner in a SaaS environment with Agile/Scrum development.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to balance between an agile mindset and changing business needs.
  • Ability to empathize customer needs and turn it into quantifiable features that deliver business value.
  • Strong track record in partnering with development teams.
  • Strong analytical, technical, verbal and written communication skills.
