The Big Task
The CSR/Dispatcher will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

Key Sub Tasks

Answering inbound and outbound customer service calls, including scheduling appointments and responding to general customer inquiries
Recording necessary data into the database
Scheduling, notifying and dispatching field technicians of work order assignments using a field service management software
Ensuring a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
Ensuring maximum efficient capacity of technicians
Handling customer inquiries and complaints
Recording and updating the service calls
Updating customers as to schedule, requested leadtimes and technicians schedule
Following up on all pending and recommended work with customer
Maintaining good customer and technician relationships
Maintaining communication with dispatch and your manager
Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

12 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be courteous and has the ability to handle difficult customers
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and precision
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with mínimal supervision
Proficient computer skills
Ability to be available on call during weekends and on holidays as required
