The Big Task
The CSR/Dispatcher will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
Key Sub Tasks
- Answering inbound and outbound customer service calls, including scheduling appointments and responding to general customer inquiries
- Recording necessary data into the database
- Scheduling, notifying and dispatching field technicians of work order assignments using a field service management software
- Ensuring a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
- Ensuring maximum efficient capacity of technicians
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Recording and updating the service calls
- Updating customers as to schedule, requested leadtimes and technicians schedule
- Following up on all pending and recommended work with customer
- Maintaining good customer and technician relationships
- Maintaining communication with dispatch and your manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
- 12 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be courteous and has the ability to handle difficult customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with mínimal supervision
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to be available on call during weekends and on holidays as required
