Responsibilities:

Own and execute White Space initiative for both Retail and Foodservice customers
Grow Pure Play brands by increasing accessibility via racking and cooler placements.
Oversees assigned geography with responsibility for sales volume, revenue, product distribution, and equipment placement.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
Ensure compliance of national and regional customer programs. Serve as the Brand Subject matter Expert for the locations.
New Account Handoff: coach AOM PSRs on selling and display execution, merchandising standards, and ensure accurate and timely orders are submitted.

Qualifications:
Successful completion of High School (or equivalent) required

Bachelor's degree an asset
One two years of factbased direct selling experience preferred
Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred
Strong interpersonal required to build relationships
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
Solid oral presentation skills required
Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle
Must be able to lift/carry 4550 pounds frequently for 810 hours a day
Must be able to push/pull pounds
Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching over shoulder
