Seasonal Office Worker - Oakville, Canada - UBA
Description
Under the supervision of the Distribution Supervisor, the Seasonal Office worker works on administration duties to aid in day-to-day operations of receiving and inputting orders, answering phones as per guidelines set out by UBA Inc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. operations
1.1. Assist Distribution Supervisor with accepting and inputting customer orders electronically.
1.2. Professionally answers inbound customer calls.
1.3. Organize and update documents, records and files as needed.
1.4. Aid with office duties during holidays periods.
- OTHER RELATED TASKS
Makes sure that all tasks are completed in compliance with the legislation in force and within the terms of health and safety guidelines, environment, and any other applicable areas.
2.2. Performs any related tasks assigned by their supervisor.2.3. Following good housekeeping practices
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
Relevant experience in the warehouse and production industry.
Skills:
Computer & customer service.
WHMIS, TDG, Microsoft Office 365 (training provided)
Others:
Comfortable working in a chemical distribution facility.
