About Us:

At Paris Cosmetology, we're passionate about providing advanced skincare treatments in a welcoming, client-focused environment. We specialize in results-driven medical aesthetics including facials, laser therapies, injectables, and more. Our goal is to empower every client to look and feel their best—with confidence and care.

About the Role:

We're looking for a licensed or certified Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, however we are not accepting apprenticeships. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, professional in demeanor, and focused on client results and satisfaction. You'll be responsible for delivering personalized treatment plans, performing a range of services, and supporting our team in providing a premium experience to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, laser treatments, and other advanced skincare services
• Conduct thorough consultations and skin assessments
• Recommend treatment plans and at-home skincare regimens
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records (SOAP notes)
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and sanitized
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Support team with front-desk and client care tasks when needed

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Aesthetician with training from a recognized institution
• Proficient in a variety of treatments (laser, microneedling, facials, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of skincare brands and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-focused with a warm and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
