Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and generate reports
  • Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
  • Maintain an organized and tidy office environment
  • Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
  • Assist with medical office administrative tasks, if applicable

Skills:


  • Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
  • Strong file management skills, both physical and electronic
  • Excellent clerical skills, including typing, filing, and organizing documents
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Accurate and efficient data entry abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills for providing support to clients and visitors
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is a bonus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary:
$20.41-$30.94 per hour
