Hiring Call For Foreman/woman:

What we do:

Overall Property Management starting from Landscapping to Pipelines. We are looking for someone who knows the task well and perform high quality work.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 25 men at any given point.
Make site decisions that will reflect our quality standard.
Manage cleanliness of the property personally and through delegation.
Be a help to the team, leading by example of hard work, managing break durations.
Take appropriate amount of time each day to train and explain things to team members.
Order regular stock, day to day material for ongoing projects.
Be able to measure up projects for estimating as need be.
Make sure the crew members are working safely and safety equipment is available.
Manage tools everyday making sure they don't get lost or forgotten on job sites.
Strive to be kind to everyone in the company so that morale stays positive.
Make daily decisions that benefit the project speed as well as the entire company.
