Overview
- motivated and organized individual who is confident in their abilities to join our Booster Juice team. This role will assist in the development and deployment of our new loyalty mobile app, and digital and social media marketing. This individual will work in a collaborative team environment to manage all digital communications pertaining to our app, web, and social media platforms.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the individuals' main responsibilities will be to lead, grow and manage Booster Juice's new loyalty rewards program and digital programs to deliver optimum online performance, brand awareness, growth, and ROI.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategy for loyalty program focusing on retention of existing app members and acquisition of new members
Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and targeted campaigns across all owned channels
Develop, maintain, and optimize strategies across all digital channels
Manage digital campaigns against budgets, timelines and KPIs
Forecast and make recommendations to achieve business objectives including setting ROI benchmarks
Proven experience successfully driving digital customer experience across loyalty program
Experience working with loyalty platforms essential
Take direction and feedback effectively from the President/CEO as well as Marketing Director and other internal departments
Have excellent time management skills and be a selfmotivated individual
Participate in research and the evaluation of findings to uncover key audience's insights for campaigns
Participate in brainstorm meetings with key stakeholders at Booster Juice to help design programs which hit key marketing objectives for the year
Be a creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent experience in digital marketing, digital media preferred
Proven experience working in digital media to amplify content, and drive website traffic
Expert understanding of website management, social media advertising, and experience creating, analyzing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns on various platforms
Expert knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CMS, MailChimp
Working knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
