Service & Parts Assistant for our
Woodstock, ON location.

Available Shift:
Monday - Friday

What you will do as a Service & Parts Assistant:_

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries
Book in trailers for service
Assist rental department as required
Pick up and receive parts
Code and enter parts invoices
Parts inventory
Parts room organization & clean up
Assist with Occupational Health and Safety requirements in the workplace

Qualifications and Requirements:_

Clean Drivers abstract
Computer knowledge in Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers
Trailer parts knowledge an asset but not mandatory
Ability to lift items over 50 pounds on occasion
