Restaurant Supervisor - Toronto, Canada - Amaya Express
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and ensure that all employees are performing their duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure that they are up to date on the latest industry trends and techniques.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and take corrective action when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Job Types:

Salary:
$15.50-$16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5B 2H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
Language:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve (preferred)
