You are a person who is keen to take this opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve well-above-average results.But wait, there's more As our Performance Coach, you will be responsible for:Designing, administering, and managing data-collection instruments; diagnosing performance problems; recommending solutions and proposing appropriate action plans; identifying skills and knowledge gaps in instructors' performance and recommending possible solutions; organizing dry run sessions to help instructors develop their skills and boost their job performance; delivering internal Train-the-Trainer sessions; conducting performance assessments and performance evaluations; resolving training quality issues; and reviewing all course quality forms and recommend solutions.
