    Your mission

    As a product manager, within our corporate infrastructure IT team, your mission is to manage all could infrastructure, manage a DevOps specialist team, deploy new application in the cloud in an automated fashion, reduce cybersecurity and meet its compliance needs and perform a cost management review of the cloud usage. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the deployment steps necessary to deliver and manage the outcome, according to CAE's high quality standards.

    The business context of this evolution is global (more than 100 sites, more than 35 countries) and addresses internal and external business needs.

    Your Role & Main Responsibilities

    Be the owner of the delivery of product and features.

    • Plan and prioritize the cloud product backlog and deployment features.
    • Define the vision, roadmap, and opportunities to improve cloud application productivity.
    • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories and themes to ensure that work focuses on those that have maximum value and align with product strategy.
    • Manage the request backlog, plan iterations, and develop business outcome.

    Be the lead influencer in your product:

    • Coordinate teams of DevOps specialist as a product owner.
    • Provide vision and guidance to the team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
    • Work closely with product managers to create and maintain a product backlog based on business value or return on investment.
    • Lead the planning of product launch plans and set expectations for the provision of new features.
    • Take an active role in mitigating barriers that prevent the team from successfully achieving release and sprint goals.
    • Coordinate backlog and incident of the 3rdparty cloud suppliers.

    Be a change agent & Agile mindset promoter:

    • Contribute to a collaborative and stimulating work environment.
    • Collaborate to increase the productivity of the Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS Cloud echo system.

    Be connected to the industry to know tendencies and suggest innovative ideas:

    • Follow the best usage practices in the industry.
    • Scrutinize and analyze the market, users and product roadmap.

    Your Qualifications

    • Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 5 years.
    • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field.
    • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
    • Understanding of automation for the cloud and on premise (Azure/VMWARE).
    • Experience in integration and deployment of cloud pipeline automation, such as Terraform and Ansible.
    • Microsoft or Amazon certified.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Creative thinker with a vision.
    • Attention to details.
