Responsibilities
- Set direction & deliver outcomes – Define divisional strategy and annual objectives; ensure alignment with risk management, capital adequacy, and corporate priorities.
- Strengthen operations & controls – Maintain robust processes for credit, operational, reputational, and regulatory risk; uphold audit and policy compliance standards in line with enhanced three lines of defense requirements.
