Position Summary / Purpose
The IT Application Specialist corresponds to a graduate (preferably Management Engineer) with at least 5 years of experience.

Provides support to users on the functions and methods of using the company IT systems. Provides internal training on the functions and methods of using the IT systems.

Main duties and responsibilities
Map the AS IS processes and define the TO BE processes together with the users of the offices involved (key users)

Collect requests for improvement (Demand IT) of offices and coordinate their development and release with users and suppliers / developers

Work in IT projects following the analysis, implementation, test and release phase

Qualification/ Experience
Excellent knowledge of Office

Experience in Project Management on IT Projects

Knowledge of SAP ERP system

Knowledge of databases and business intelligence tools

Knowledge of business processes in the manufacturing sector

Willingness to travel and support any other secondary offices (also abroad)

basic knowledge of computer networks

basic knowledge of IT infrastructure architectures

Job Types:

Salary:
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
