We are looking for a qualified E-commerce administrator to join ou team and help us achieve our goals.


Responsibilities:


Manage ecommerce aspects on the Shopify platform, including: product creation, updates, image sourcing, organizing with basic experience in Graphic Design for basic product image formatting and clean-up.


  • Manage the product catalogue on our eShop & company's website
  • Liaise with web content and design team on product content and images
  • Create product listing, maintain sales and monitor inventory and Items level over ecommerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with warehouse on incoming/outgoing logistics; Inventory investigation; Update our inventory.
  • Review and monitor competitor listings and new product releases; provide research report for sales manager and team leader.
  • Adaptable and committed to maximizing Online Shop potential
  • Liaise with web developers to ensure the eshop is performing at its best
  • Responsible for maintaining online product pricing and specifications ensuring that price changes and specifications updates are implemented in an accurate and in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all sales and marketing campaigns are updated and well displayed on the eshop
  • Build, test and deploy new campaigns
  • Regular sanity checking of the catalogue correcting presentation issues, liaising with warehouse on stock issues
  • Manage any issues that arise on the eShop & company website raise tickets and follow up with IT and web developer team until resolution
  • Provide input when required on projects related to the Online Stores (eShop & Company Website)
  • Focus on optimizing customer experience to drive digital conversion
  • Other work tasks if needed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent.
  • Previous experience listing products on websites.
  • Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Google ads & analytic certification is a plus

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Internet Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

  • Ecommerce Administration: 1 year (required)
