    Description

    Description:

    Our client is currently seeking two contractors to work paid on call hours in the evenings. During these hours they may or may not receive escalations, but as they will be paid to be on call - they must be 100% available to respond quickly when they are required

    Client Support:

    -Support operations by managing and supporting production incidents and investigating client impact.

    -Ensure a superior level of client service by responding to inbound inquiries from clients within established timelines and guidelines.

    -Efficiently resolve cases and refer all complex or major incidents to appropriate internal departments & managers.

    -Interpret and communicate client incidents effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    -Ensure the efficient and effective handling of financial and non financial transactions of clients.

    -Execute transactions and process requests within established guidelines and service agreements.

    Internal Collaboration:

    -Collaborate with internal partners and support to ensure business needs are met.

    -Contribute to the efficiency of applications and operational processes by fostering strong relationships with multiple internal stakeholders.

    -Communicate and report to management on regular basis.

    Nice To Haves:

    Experience with API development and integration

    -Experience with ticketing software: Servicenow, Jira etc.

    -Experience in business technology and/or digital channels within financial services preferred

    -Experience with EFT/Real-Time Rail, payments, SWIFT, ISO 20022
