At Aryze Design, we provide marketing design memberships and websites for financial advisors and wealth firms. We're seeking a results-driven Marketer who can turn strategy and tools into measurable growth.

You're a marketer first skilled in building strategies that boost engagement, drive qualified traffic, and improve conversions across digital channels. You can plan, execute, analyze, and refine campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute digital, content, email, and social marketing strategies for Aryze Design and clients.
• Write persuasive copy for websites, email, social, and landing pages aligned with brand goals.
• Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into effective visuals; occasional light design work.
• Analyze performance data to measure results and optimize campaigns.
• Manage and schedule marketing activities using tools like Buffer, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, ConvertKit, and Substack.
• Support project coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting and experience across major marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Buffer, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics/Search Console).
• Proven ability to build and execute strategies that increase engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma is an asset; light design ability appreciated.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Web design, UI/UX, and HTML/CSS knowledge are strong assets.
• Must use macOS.
