Description

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule duties for the front of house employees (server, bartender, and support staff).
• Responsible for running a smooth shift while contributing their time towards the goal of the restaurant.
• Always ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Assist the restaurant manager in the selection of front of the house staff.
• Monitor our guest relations account to address any requests, reviews, or complaints.
• Train front of house staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Keeping our safety measures system in place in concordance with health government's regulations.
• Assist the manager in administration tasks.

• 3 years minimum requirement of food and beverage experience
• Supervisor experience required (minimum 6 months)
• High school diploma required
• Food Safety Level 1 Certificate required
• Serving it right certificate required
• Personable, professional, mature individual with high grooming standards and exceptional service standards
• Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
• Must be flexible for his/her schedule (night shift, weekends, holidays).
• Must have great leadership, problem solving skills, and be able to multitask.
• Able to work under pressure in fastpaced environment
• Must have secured housing
