As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the quick delivery of winning customer service to fans in the stands, throughout the Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field and Coca-Cola Coliseum during various events.

- Deliver responsible and friendly food and beverage service to fans.
- Ensure policies & regulations are followed.
- Follow all Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide friendly and informed responses to fan inquiries.
- Monitor and control inventory accurately.
- Act as an ambassador to MLSE and our community.
- Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work weekdays in the evening, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and calculate order totals manually.
- Previous cashhandling experience would be an asset.
- Previous experience in a highvolume fastpaced environment would be an asset.
- Ability to bend, crouch, and lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
- Carrying cases of beer and food products.
