We are looking for a Regional Manager to oversee operations of 5-6 locations.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day to day operations
- Overseeing employee scheduling for all clinics
- Create regional plans in alignment with business objectives
- Daily support and audits of clinics
- Gather and review practice metrics and formulate action plans to help clinics achieve goals
- Identify hiring needs, select and develop training plan with clinic for new employees
- Evaluate employee performance and make long term plans for employees
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Suggest techniques to increase patient acquisition, retention and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience as Dental Hygienist/ Practice Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of compliance and regulations in dentistry
- Knowledge of current IPAC guidelines
- Experience dealing with Human Resources/ Hiring
- Outstanding communication skills
- Outgoing personality and team player
- Attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- Strong leadership skills
