Job Role:
We are looking for a Regional Manager to oversee operations of 5-6 locations.


Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day to day operations
  • Overseeing employee scheduling for all clinics
  • Create regional plans in alignment with business objectives
  • Daily support and audits of clinics
  • Gather and review practice metrics and formulate action plans to help clinics achieve goals
  • Identify hiring needs, select and develop training plan with clinic for new employees
  • Evaluate employee performance and make long term plans for employees
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Suggest techniques to increase patient acquisition, retention and satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Experience as Dental Hygienist/ Practice Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulations in dentistry
  • Knowledge of current IPAC guidelines
  • Experience dealing with Human Resources/ Hiring
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Outgoing personality and team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong leadership skills
