Customer Service
Assisting customer, facilitate, handling information, solve queries.

Ensure payment mode

Handling cash, tally, debit & credit machine. Reconcile receipts.
Resubmission & follow up making related calls and ensure resubmission.
Ensure Audit, Compliance and all process adherence to company policies and procedures.
Backend operations, scanning, compile report
Perform and complete other administrative duties as assigned by your manager.
