Description

Element Construction is looking for a residential construction cost estimator with experience in new homes & renovations.

Must be highly motivated and have an understanding of the building process & what is needed to complete the job from start to finish.

Main duties include:

Analyzing construction drawings.
Ability to produce accurate take offs

- prepare estimates of labour and material costs.

Sourcing/organizing/reviewing subcontractor quotes
Networking, sourcing and evaluating new trade partners & suppliers
Collaborate to identify innovative approaches to improve product & service quality
Set up cost monitoring & reporting systems

Part-time/Full-time hours. Flexible hours. Wage based on experiene.
