Mission

Ensures the production and maintenance of the material extraction or factory product manufacturing chain while respecting quality, safety and the environment, while ensuring cost optimization.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, manufacturing asphalt products, loading and unloading trucks and/or rail cars, assisting with the production process and other general tasks at the McAsphalt Bécancour terminal.

You will follow all standard operating procedures and policies established by McAsphalt Operations.

Main Responsibilities

General maintenance, storage

Product packaging (filling barrels, boxes, buckets, etc.)

Production assistance – Polymer products

Loading/unloading trucks/wagons

Production assistance

Preparation of solutions Forklift driving

Profile

Successful candidates must, at a minimum, have a high school or college diploma, or equivalent experience;

Strong work ethic and the ability to work in small teams;

Reliable transportation to and from work (limited or no public transportation);

Ability to work effectively under pressure, to be responsible, resourceful and autonomous;

Ability to work outdoors, at height and in all environments;

Finally, a good sense of humor will also be an important asset.
