Description

CGI is seeking a Sales Enablement Consultant to help enable new and existing services for our Global Technology Operations Business Unit.

You will work closely with Service Owners, Solution Architects, Senior Leadership and the internal Sales Community to assist them in taking our services to market; and to create and great buying experience for our clients and prospects.

Once a solution or service has been designed/created, you will participate in creating the marketing, communications and sales collateral to get the products and services into the market.

You will also collaborate with our Sales Community to ensure that sales collateral is effective and resonates with buyers.

The Sales Enablement Consultant owns the design and development of service marketing and sales collateral as a discipline, sharing responsibility for creating content with Service Marketing, Service Owners, Solution Architects, Business Engineers, and Business Strategists.

You'll support and provide oversight on all aspects of Sales Enablement, as well as driving our sales collateral design activities and enablement programs.

Your future duties and responsibilities


The Sales Enablement Consultant will:


  • Develop and design sales and marketing assets for Services and Product offerings
  • Develop Sales Training content (videos, presentations, programs)
  • Facilitate and participate in the writing of sales content (copy)
  • Develop visualizations/graphics to articulate our service value propositions and overall strategy
  • Create and design infographics
  • Create and design of elements of PowerPoint presentations (external market facing)
  • Creation and design of elements for strategic business presentations (internal)
  • Collaborate with our business strategists to understand user and business needs, identify design opportunities, and create meaningful buying experiences
  • Create artifacts that define service design, features and functionality (spec sheets)

The Sales Enablement Consultant is:


  • Engaging while interviewing and collaborating with service owners, working with fellow team members and client facing sales teams

  • Comfortable in the ambiguity of early stage services marketing activity

  • Passionate about enhancing digital buying experiences that fuse the physical and digital through research, analytics, design and delivery
Required qualifications to be successful in this role


Desired Qualifications:


  • 2+ years' experience in digital design
  • 2+ years' creating marketing collateral, and sales templates
  • 2+ years' experience in usercentered design processes
  • 2+ years' requirements gathering and communicating between services creation teams, sales and senior leadership
  • Understanding of the enterprise market's Digital Buyers' Journey
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management or a creative discipline, minimum 1 year of work experience

  • MS Word
