    Description
    • Contribute to the development of Project Budgets and Forecasts (from the acquisition phase Due Diligence process and throughout the lifecycle of Projects);
    • Support Revenue to Receipt processes to ensure revenues are completely, accurately, and timely recorded by: Gaining knowledge of, with a view to eventually managing, property purchaser files including purchase & sale agreements, upgrades, statements of adjustments and on final closings, recording entries in the accounting system;
    • Tracking and billing management fees, operator fees, monitoring fees, and other fees related to cost recoveries;
    • Support Procure to Pay processes to ensure Division and Project expenditures are completely, accurately, and timely recorded ;
    • Work with the Accounts Payable Team in the creation of new Project Vendors;
    • Gain an expert level of knowledge on Project costing;
    • Review Division and Project expenditure and cost coding

    • 3 to 5 years experience in real estate development, construction or related industry is preferred
    • Experience with Jonas or yardi value
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work with internal/ external stakeholders
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
