About the Role:


Requirements:

years relevant B2B SaaS marketing experience, including ABM, enterprise sales marketing and PLG marketing.

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a successful track record of developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • HubSpot, social platforms, Google Analytics, and PPC platform experience required.
  • Insider threat, behavior analytics, employee monitoring experience a plus.
  • Ability to drill down into executionlevel details and lead from the front.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and product marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities:


  • Digital Marketing:
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of online marketing.
  • Product Marketing:
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and gotomarket strategies.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction to the marketing team, ensuring that all initiatives support the organization's longterm goals.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a highperforming marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members, regularly reviewing performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Brand Management:
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand messaging is aligned with the company's values and goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to refine marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
  • Public Relations and Communication:
  • Oversee the creation and execution of public relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the organization, maintaining strong relationships with media outlets and key industry stakeholders.

You can expect up to 3 interviews. In some scenarios, we're able to streamline the process to have mínimal rounds. Director-level roles and above should expect a more thorough process, with multiple rounds of interviews.
