We are looking for an enthusiastic, team orientated
Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join Sword Security's growing team Sword are a leading global supplier of event staffing and crowd management services across multiple locations including, Toronto, Dublin, London, and Cardiff.

We are looking for a
full-time
Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join our growing team in Toronto. We are a passionate bunch and look forward to finding the right person to join our expanding team

Key Responsibilities:

Process Payroll on a biweekly basis
Create AR invoices for customers using Quickbooks online.
Process AP Invoices and supplier payments.
Issue Customer statements
Liaising with internal departments regarding any queries.
Reconcile supplier statements.
Contact Debtors regarding outstanding payments.
Attend weekly meetings as necessary.

Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 3 year's experience in a payroll / accounts administration role.
Experience with Quickbooks online is essential.
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
Good Computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work well within a team
Excellent attention to detail.
Bilingual in French an added bonus

Salary:
$62,000.00
