Description
The Administrative Assistant will handle a wide variety of situations and tasks involving administrative functions of the office.Responsibilities:
- Ordering/Managing Dept office supplies
- Manage travel (includes online research, booking, tracking, preparing the traveler, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Outlook
- Mail (verify, distribute)
- Daily invoice processing
- Purchasing supplies
- Processing of document approvals and filing within job Batch Records
- Drafting of Administrative Change Notices
- General administrative support including phone support, maintaining and prioritizing calendars and schedules, greeting vendors, preparing expense reports, copying, taking meeting notes, etc.
- Processing of Preliminary Jobs for submission to Quoting dept
Skills Required:
- Drives projects to completion and goes above and beyond to get things done
- Sense of urgency and takes initiative
- Positive, cando attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willing to help where needed.
Education:
- HS Diploma/GED
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
$15.00-$33.00 per hour
