Nadir has been in the electrical industry as a contractor for many of the big chains and as we look forward to growing a stronger footprint with the fact that we are a national company, we are looking for an individual with the below requirements & skill sets:


Responsibilities:

As an account coordinator to our head office located in Markham, ON, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • 1) Schedule and dispatch electricians
  • 2) Arrange for necessary repairs in order to restore service and schedules.
  • 3) Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
  • 4) Coordinate projects
  • 5) Process incoming paperwork from National Accounts
  • 6) Receive incoming telephone calls
  • 8) Perform additional functions as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Highly motivated.
  • Fast learner and good memory.
  • Strong attention to detail and proper organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (French an asset)
  • Fluent with MS Excel
  • Good typing speed.
  • Proper time management.
  • Considerable ability to track large numbers of complicated transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to handle considerable amount of paperwork. (Demonstrated ability for working under pressure, respecting deadlines and working effectively in a team)
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside clients and vendors
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Eager to learn new technologies and skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision at time
  • Knowledge of electrical materials would be an asset (lamps, ballasts, sockets, wiring, etc....)

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:


  • University Degree, secondary/college or equivalent300
  • Experience logistics, retail experience (1 to 2 years & more)
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Must be available for immediate hiring (preferred)


Salary:
negotiable


Job Types:
Full-time, Contractual - 12 Months with possibility of extending or full time


Salary:
From $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year - Negotiable


COVID-19 considerations:
All employess - electricians and office staff wear safety masks and maintain distance in the office. Desks have protective barriers as well.
