A privately held distribution-focused organization is looking for a Family Office Manager to oversee financial, administrative, and contractual matters while acting as a trusted right hand to senior management. About the Role
The Family Office Manager will serve as the first point of contact for financial and contractual matters, coordinating with external advisors as needed. The role blends finance, oversight, and high-level administrative leadership in a hands-on setting.
What You'll Do
- Oversee financial reporting, cash management, and related accounting activities
- Review contracts and agreements as the initial point of contact before external legal consultation
- Coordinate with external advisors (legal, tax, investment, and other specialists)
- Support governance, documentation, and administrative oversight
- Provide strategic and operational support to upper management
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion across all matters
What You Bring
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- Approximately 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance or a related field
- Exposure to contract review and general legal concepts (formal coursework or practical experience is an asset)
- Strong judgment, discretion, and relationship management skills
- Adaptable and interested in long-term contribution and growth
