The business:

Located in Montreal, FORMADRAIN Inc. is an exporting company specialized, since 1994, in the no-dig repair of sewers by structural lining (Cured-In-Place-Pipe).

The FORMADRAIN liner is a green technology which leaves the environment intact where underground conduits are repaired completely without excavation.

Your mission:

Learn how to install FORMADRAIN Liners, then join our technical team and master the FORMADRAIN technology in order to provide the technical support and field training necessary for the entire network of FORMADRAIN installers, while participating in the research and development of the technology with our experienced technical team.

Act as project manager, and as a FORMADRAIN Installer as needed.

Responsibilities and tasks during the training period (6 months to a year):

Intensive training period, on location with our FORMADRAIN installation team and our local unclogging teams.
Act as a project manager
Acquire the knowledge necessary to master the FORMADRAIN technology.
Assist the engineers in charge of technical support
Assist the engineering team for R & D.
Participate in various company activities in order to become familiar with them.

Responsibilities and tasks after the training period:

Training new FORMADRAIN installers, who have acquired the FORMADRAIN technology, at their location (travel required)
Act as a project manager

and onsite supervision when needed

Provide technical support to our installers.
Participate in R&D projects in the workshop and insitu.
Participate actively in the Technical Innovation Committee

Required qualifications:

Fluency in English (customer base mostly unilingual in English)
Proficiency with the following software: Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Possess manual skills
Having a valid passport
Having a valid class 5 driver's license
Ability to travel (about 610 trips per year after completion of the training period)
Enjoy solving technical problems, being creative and resourceful
